Solo RPG of the Dark Peak
No GM. No group. No problem. Foked is a solo RPG set in Hellsborough and The Dark Peak — two six-sided dice, a legal character in one roll, and a world that does not soften because you are playing it alone.
How it runs
Every roll that matters is 2d6 + a stat against the Cut. Beat it clean and you get what you wanted; scrape it and you pay a Toll; miss and the murk keeps score. Your stats are your health — there is no separate HP, so every hit costs something real. Bosses act every round, full lethality, no soft floor under a bad run.

No build notes, no favourable rerolls. Species, type and stat array rolled cold, then straight into Scenario 1: Three Murkneets Dark — the free scenario — played to the end with every die shown.
